COLLABORATION
The collaboration with many different artists from various musical genres, for whom - or with whom - I have written songs, fills me with gratitude. Here are some insights into my musical work as a professional songwriter and lyricist.
Songs for Artists
In over 30 years of my professional career as a songwriter, lyricist and musician, I can look back on many interesting encounters with creative people. Time and again, stories in the form of songs have emerged that were tailored precisely to the artists and the respective time in their music careers.
Hits on the assembly line - not really
But timeless songs with a great emotional impact absolutely. The first step to a great song is to get rid of the lie.
You can't really plan a hit.
A song with big hit potential, on the other hand, can certainly be written and produced. A feel for good melodies and catchy punchlines is crucial. Basically, it's not rocket science, but it still takes years of experience and a solid musical foundation to uncover the magic of a great song and breathe life into it.

The following artists come from very different genres. A song can present itself just as differently in the final production. Rock, pop, pop, blues or jazz. The musical style is only the robe of a song - the quality of the song is decisive.
